# Airdrop

Rewarding Early Contributors

## Overview

The ASTONIC (ATC) token launch marks a significant milestone in decentralized finance, with a generous allocation dedicated to ecosystem supporters. A substantial 30% (150M) of the total ASTONIC supply has been earmarked for early contributors and active participants within both the Cosmos ecosystem and Planq blockchain.

#### Claiming Process & Timeline

* **Claiming**: If you connect in week 26 (August 28th), you can claim the full airdrop at once.
* **Phased Rollout**:
  * The airdrop will be distributed in phases.
  * New communities will be added monthly.
  * If you qualify in multiple phases, you can claim in each one.
* You need a **Metamask** wallet, and potentially a **Keplr** or **Leap** to start the claim process. The Keplr/Leap wallet is needed to claim future cosmos-chain stakedrops.
* Tokens will be sent to the **Planq Network EVM**.

Eligible participants can verify their allocation and initiate their claim through these steps:

1. Visit <https://www.astonic.io/claim-airdrop>
2. Connect your eligible wallet
3. Check allocation amount
4. Complete the claiming process
5. Monitor vesting progress

### Important Considerations

* All claimed tokens will be distributed as locked veATC
* Linear unlocking occurs over 24 months
* No initial cliff period applies
* Unclaimed tokens support community initiatives through the treasury
